While most contractors work 40 hours a week, One Degree Staffing also offers fractional / part-time contractors. This enables our clients to use our contractors on an on-demand basis. There’s no monthly commitment and you can adjust the hours weekly as needed.

Direct Hire

We provide hourly contractors to our clients, and One Degree Staffing handles all of their pay, administration, workers comp and benefits. Contractors can be a cost-effective way to get work done without committing to a full-time hire. Our engagements can be structured so that our clients have the option, but not the obligation, to hire contractors they want to hire as their employees.

One Degree Staffing can work as an extension of your internal HR and recruiting teams on an outsourced and on-demand basis. We perform these recruiting services on a paid hourly basis, and we can adjust the hours up and down on a weekly basis depending on our client’s hiring needs.
